Architect Bijoy Jain presents work in London

Penumbra, the Studio Mumbai founder's first solo exhibition in the UK, presents material studies exploring various scales, forms and techniques at the Betts Project Gallery

London's Betts Project is showing a small but intriguing exhibition of work by Bijoy Jain, the founder of the renowned Indian architecture practice Studio Mumbai – known for its exploration of natural materials, its combining of modernist and vernacular sensibilities and its work with skilled artisans.

The exhibition, which ends on 10 June, provides an insight into the architect's thinking process, revealing how material, scale, form and technique come together in his work.
